Glynn County Public Works, Hurricane Matthew Emergency Repairs, Multiple Beach Crossovers, Glynn County, Georgia


This serves as a notification from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources of the issuance of a Letter of Permission (LOP) to Glynn County Public Works perform emergency repairs to multiple beach crossovers on St. Simons Island that were damaged during Hurricane Matthew. The wooden crossovers included in the authorization are Hamilton Street (#2), Georgia Street (#5), Floyd Street (#6), 11th Street (#10), and 15th Street (#16, Gould’s Inlet).The project will start no sooner than 15 days from the date of the letter and must be completed within 6 months.
